This global alternative investment management firm required a complete gut renovation for their office in Miami. Water and City views were a driving force of the design. From the first moment one exits the elevator onto the 23rd floor, a visitor can see through the glass of the reception area to the expansive water views of the main Boardroom beyond.

Terrazzo flooring occurs at the elevator lobby, mimicking pebbles on a beach and a decorative glass panel sits at the reception lounge, reminiscent of light, water and waves. Refined aquamarine blue and green jewel tones reference the local Miami landscape. Decorative fluting, both convex and concave, used through the space, is a classical reference and a nod to the Greek deity Apollo, after which the firm is named. The main force and central gathering place in the office is the café, which also provides views of the water.

Custom private office millwork walls and workstations were developed specifically for this location.

The project consists of private offices, open workstations, café, a large board room and reception lounge. This is a bright and elegant office that pays tribute to the Miami essence.
