This financial firm was looking for a high concept design that captured elements of Portland, Oregon, where they are located. Portland is known as the “City of Bridges”, and this office proudly showcases the city’s colorful scenery and unique structural architecture through finishes and elements around the space. Bridges are a powerful creator of opportunity and connect people, communities, and economies, creating possibilities out of impossibilities. Bridges can connect a community from the busy city life to calming nature.

At the entrance, eyes are drawn up to the ceiling to see a cross-beam metal structure designed to emulate the structural geometry of a bridge. The beams expand through the central corridor of the office, paired with custom local photography printed on aluminum sheet metal. The colors throughout the space are taken from the natural elements vibrant landscape throughout the seasons.
