Metropolitan Commercial Bank expanded their existing offices by moving to the 12th and partial 13th floors at 99 Park Avenue as a necessary response to the fast growth which the company was experiencing. The Client wanted to create a statement piece reflecting their high quality customer service while at the same time providing a collaborative environment for the office.

A warm forward looking, progressive palette was adopted with color and contrasting accents. Leather and glass walls and wood floors contribute to a sophisticated ambience along with custom weathered stainless steel and Illuminated Decoustic ceilings.

There are private offices with glass fronts to incorporate the multiple city views and transparency, a client center, huddle rooms, conference rooms, 2 cafes, open workstations with elaborate baffle ceilings, reception and an open interconnecting stair with monolithic white Corian stone double height walls which wrap around the stair and connect into the ceiling. It is washed in light with the cityscape as a backdrop behind it.
