A specialty apparel chain finds a new home supporting their fashion lines in a spacious open plan.

The Switzer Group provided full Interior Design services for 180,000 RSF of office space for this wear-to-work retailer in New York City. New York & Company engaged The Switzer Group to conduct pre-lease services, including programming and a series of test fits, to determine the optimal real estate solution for their relocation.

The scope of work included private offices, conference rooms, multi-purpose rooms, a center-piece cafe, showrooms and open office workstations on three floors.
