Designing a youthful and interactive restaurant environment within Fordham University.

BONMi, a Vietnamese-inspired fast casual restaurant, was selected to take over an existing food service facility located in the School of Law Building at Lincoln Center. Fordham University wanted to rebrand the space to not only convey the Vietnamese aspect of the food, but to also be interactive with patrons and a place of colorful respite within the university environment.

The Switzer Group re-branded the space, including the exterior seating area, with a selection of new furniture, chalkboard walls that the students could write on, electronic menus, vibrant photography and a modified storefront entrance with illuminated signage and new awnings.

"The Switzer Group learned our unique space and operational needs and were energetic and engaged throughout the construction. They worked closely with the project construction manager and helped ensure our vision for the building attained."
