Conveying the strength of an organization's American seat by maximizing stunning views and realizing a clean and elegant design.
VTB Capital is one of the largest banking institutions in Russia with several locations worldwide. Their New York office represents their first presence in the United States, and their desire to make a great first impression is reflected in the uniqueness of the building and the high impact views. 425 Fifth Avenue is a modern building with a staggered curtain wall of floor to ceiling glass that looks up 5th Avenue and overlooks Bryant Park.

The office includes a trading floor, private offices, conferencing and a lounge/pantry. A key design goal was to provide the entire staff with visibility of the spectacular views, resulting in the application of a glass partition system across the workplace. Additionally a raised floor allows for maximum flexibility. The openness, views and collaborative workplace, all in the heart of midtown Manhattan, provide a comfortable and inviting environment to house and attract employees and an impressive statement for clients.

The Switzer Group has contributed to the ‘Design Revolution of 100 Years’ that has changed our world.
